It’s the one we’ve all been waiting for – The shortlist for the IDEA 2020 Residential Single category has been revealed today.
The shortlisted projects for each category are listed below in a dedicated video and featured on the IDEA website where you can find more images and information about each project.
Shortlisted projects were selected by our editorial team. A further round of judging by our jury – Andrew Parr, Hana Hakim, Rachel Luchetti, Simone Haag, Anna Spiro, Brendan Wong and Jeremy Bull – will determine the category winners, which will be announced at our annual IDEA gala.
Here are the shortlisted projects for the Residential Single category:
This category is proudly sponsored by Halliday + Baillie.
This award recognises excellence in the interior design of a single dwelling. Qualities under consideration include spatial planning and programming, and their relationship to the ‘look and feel’ of the design.
The selection of lighting, fixtures, fittings, hard and soft furnishings etc comes into play here, while the handling of space, light and structure is also of key concern.
Browse all the shortlisted projects on the Residential Single shortlist page. Congratulations to everyone who has been shortlisted.
