Celebrating creativity and innovation

Australian Design Review‘s 30UNDER30 program is a dynamic showcase of the nation’s most inspiring and promising interior designers, product designers, architects and innovators of the built world aged 30 and under. Launching in 2022, the program alternates each year between a cohort of 30 interior and product designers, and a cohort of 30 architects and innovators of the built world. Australian Design Review‘s 30UNDER30 program has become a hallmark of excellence, celebrating the brightest emerging talent in the architecture and design industry, recognising their outstanding contributions to shaping the future of the built environment.

Fostering community and collaboration

Australian Design Review’s 30UNDER30 constitutes a community that encourages networking, collaboration and knowledge exchange. We provide opportunities for young architects and designers to connect with their peers, established professionals, industry mentors and suppliers. Through in-person events, workshops and online discussions, we create an environment where ideas can be shared, challenges can be discussed and collaborations can flourish.

Providing an immersive retreat

The program culminates in an incredible three-day high-performance leadership and creativity retreat. Here, participants embark on a transformative journey of inspiration, collaboration and growth. This retreat serves as the pinnacle of the 30UNDER30 program, offering a unique opportunity for the selected cohort to immerse themselves in an environment designed to spark creativity, expand perspectives and foster deep connections.

Empowering the next generation

Australian Design Review‘s ultimate goal is to empower the next generation of designers, architects and innovators with the resources, insights and exposure needed to make a lasting impact. By highlighting diverse voices and perspectives, we aim to foster inclusivity and equity within the architecture and design industry. Interior and Product Design stream 2024/2025

Following the success of Australian Design Review‘s inaugural 30UNDER30 Interior and Product Design stream in 2022/23, and the subsequent Architects and Innovators of the Built World stream in 2023/2024, we are thrilled to welcome a new cohort of interior designers and product designers for our 2024/2025 program.
