Chinese-based architecture practice MAD has announced that its travelling scholarship program will now include a new international component, opening up the opportunity for Australian students of architecture to get the chance to visit China.

Now in its 11th year, the awards celebrate the contemporary and innovative use of clay bricks, concrete masonry and roof tiles in Australian architecture. This year's Think Brick Award categories include commercial, residential, masonry, landscape and terracotta roof.
