MEZZANINE Magazine is celebrating a year in print – a milestone in our journey as a passionate voice of the Australian design community.

MEZZANINE is committed to educating the informed consumer about the value of good design. In our pages, we support the creativity of our local designers and makers, celebrating the ingenuity of their original concepts, brought to life by skilled craftspeople. We take pride in unearthing new talents, suppliers and service providers that represent our uniquely Aussie aesthetic with integrity.

Without question, MEZZANINE and ADR are spaces for authentic design. Continuing in the spirit of our longstanding trade publication, inside, our titles speak out against the proliferation of replicas, and advocate for transparency among suppliers, as designers and customers alike navigate an industry regrettably accustomed to an influx of cheap imitations.

The MEZZANINE Guide to Design is a new print and online resource, our comprehensive directory for the design-conscious. Each supplier or service provider featured here is an advocate of genuine design, with every effort made by our editorial team to ensure a standard of credibility across the board. While showcasing Australian design is our foremost priority, we also recognise local brands that have made a commitment to phasing out faux design, and we encourage any positive change in this vein.

Among the range of high-end products, you will find nuggets of inspiration and advice from some of Australia’s leading architects and designers.  The Guide could shape a solution for your renovation, introduce you to the latest in furniture design, or you might connect with a maker to custom-build the interior of your dreams. We hope you find something to bring to your next project in our Guide to Design.
