Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley is set to welcome a new retail, residential and commercial precinct, including a commercial tower by Architectus. The 23-storey tower is the first stage in a $500 million transformation of the station precinct, which includes the creation of a master planned residential, retail and business hub.

Hummingbird House provides a variety of accommodation options, with eight guests-in-care bedrooms and three two-bedroom adaptable apartments for the estimated 3,700 Queensland children and their families affected by life-limiting conditions.
