Technē has designed a nostalgic and joyful fitout for the 10th anniversary of Monumental Ice Creamery in Albury, New South Wales. Prioritising the ice cream’s quality with integrated world-class Italian gelato machinery, the new design reflects a classic milk bar aesthetic with a tiled grid, handwritten signage and a nostalgic colour palette.
