Inspired by West End’s aesthetic, the new Turrisi Properties HQ is a culmination of warmth, industrial elements, and modern textures. Located at the rear of an apartment block, the office allows the property development team to be immersed in their customers’ everyday lives.
The design of each Jimmy Grants restaurant represents a different aspect of the fictional character’s migration story. For Eastland, Technē Architecture designed a space that references the quintessentially Australian back shed, complete with a modern twist and the restaurant's token shades of blue.
“A ubiquitous, live foliage feature wall in the built environment aims to captivate guests and sets the scene for a welcoming and relaxed dining experience,” says Susan Rossi of DBI Design. The studio has just finished up work on a sleek green interior at Garden Kitchen & Bar on the Gold Coast.
A new lease of life has been given to the Refectory at Werribee Mansion by Doherty Design Studio, stripped of a 1980s refurbishment in favour of gentle grey and white highlights which accentuate the original plasterwork and classic architectural elements.
