Perched is an extension at the rear of a semi-detached, Edwardian house, a project by Wesley Spencer and Mathilde Polmard. The home sticks to the essentials, embraces light and puts emphasis on a kitchen suitable for a chef.

At Six, a brutalist high-rise structure, was originally designed in the 1970s by Swedish architects Boijsen and Efervgren.
