Selected over OMA, StudioMumbai Architecture, Zaha Hadid and four others, Holl is now the first architect ever to be chosen through an international competition to design a public building in Mumbai.
Under the guidance of Dr. David O’Brien from the University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning, the students took a hands-on design approach, focusing on the needs of the Suanum community.
Having graduated from the architecture course at RMIT, Maddison was selected as a worthy candidate for the prestigious title in honour of his prolific career since achieving tertiary qualification.
