Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley is set to welcome a new retail, residential and commercial precinct, including a commercial tower by Architectus. The 23-storey tower is the first stage in a $500 million transformation of the station precinct, which includes the creation of a master planned residential, retail and business hub.
Perched is an extension at the rear of a semi-detached, Edwardian house, a project by Wesley Spencer and Mathilde Polmard. The home sticks to the essentials, embraces light and puts emphasis on a kitchen suitable for a chef.
Winners included North Bondi Amenities by Sam Crawford Architects with Lymesmith, Coppin Street Apartments by MUSK Architecture Studio, and Financial Services by Futurespace.
